UFLP is currently seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join the Customer Service team as Seasonal Customer Service Agents.

Will provide exceptional customer service ensuring that all customer inquiries and concerns are promptly addressed and resolved. This is a temp position with flexible work hours and the possibility to join the UFLP Family full-time!

Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a friendly, professional/ efficient manner.
• Provide accurate, comprehensive information to customers regarding products, services, promotions, and policies.
• Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and resolving any related issues.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns by investigating the problem, proposing solutions, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department, if necessary.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred, although entry-level candidates will be considered.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English (additional language skills a plus).
• Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and other computer applications.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, overtime, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must pass a background check.
• Position pays $12.50
• Shift available: M-F
• Saturdays required: 11/29; 12/6; 12/13 (9am-4pm)
• Day after Thanksgiving 11/28/25
