CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVES
UFLP is hiring F/T Position & P/T Positions on site
Tuesday-Saturday 8am-5pm (Not a remote position.)
Location: 1400 Ravello Katy, TX
POSITION
Entry level positions with a local commute. No collection experience is necessary! UFLP will provide training and continued development to ensure your success.
DUTIES
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries or concerns.
• Manage customer accounts, process payments and resolve billing issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Offer excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude
REQUIRES
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
• A problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to stay calm and focused during busy situations.
• Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn.
• Background and drug test are required.
