Hope Tree Home Loans Gives Back to Katy Community
Calvert Capital Corporation has changed its name to Hope Tree Home Loans to reflect its new mission. Owner Russell Calvert has designed a program in which the local company donates a portion of their proceeds to the client’s nonprofit charity of choice upon funding of their mortgage loan.
The donation is paid by Hope Tree, and thousands of dollars have already been given to some of their Houston and Katy partners. Some of the Katy partners that can benefit by this program are KVPAC, Keep Kids Connected, and Act of Life.
JoAnn Cooper, a long-time Katy resident and Senior Loan Officer of the company, has been making donations on behalf of her clients for years, and she is now their Non-Profit Liaison.
