CUSTOMER SERVICES/DELIVERY REPRESENTATIVE

Bassett Home Furnishings on Katy Frwy. is seeking a Customer Service/Delivery Representative. Responsibilities will include: coordinating merchandise for deliveries, responding to customer service requests resulting from deliveries or warranty claims and satisfying customer needs. Position requirements: High School diploma or GED equivalency certificate, 1 to 3 years of Customer service experience is preferred, ability to work with a team, provide resolutions, communicate effectively with customer, co-workers and management. Must read, understand and write English and work accurately with numbers, have basic knowledge of computer programs. Full time/Pays hourly.
