Responsibilities include overseeing operations (HR, QA, Purchasing, Training, Marketing and Facility Operations), ensuring compliance with minimum standards, developing and leading our team of teachers, and working with the Curriculum Director to implement the curriculum. Candidates must have 5 years experience as a Director of a large preschool in Texas or 3 years with a degree, clear backround check, and current Texas Director’s License.
