4th of July Jamboree

Fulshear Freedom Fest

The City of Fulshear, Fulshear Area Chamber of Commerce, and Houston Methodist West Hospital will proudly host the event which will include lots of food, games, live music, a parade, fireworks, and even a Wild West shoot-out reenactment. The fireworks display will begin at approximately 9 pm and will be best viewed from the event area along FM 359. Live music will be provided by Highwaymen Live and will include tribute songs from Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson, and more. Visit fulshearareachamber.com for more info.

Independence Day Celebration

The tradition starts with a Kids Patriotic Bike Parade located at Central Green Park. A live musical performance will kick off the night in the courtyard, and there will be a Kids Zone located in Central Green and food for purchase. The night will conclude with a spectacular and patriotic fireworks display. Presented by: Texas Children’s Hospital West Campus.

The City of Katy’s Parks and Recreation Department invites kids ages 4 through 12 to hang out and enjoy popular themes like Lego Mania, Survival Tactics, Fashion Designer, and Camp Barbie. A special project-based lesson will be available for ages 6 though 12 called, Look at Me, I’m An Author. Registration is $99 per child for the week.
