Katy ISD Summer Band Camp

Monday, July 10 – Friday, July 14, 2017
Tompkins High School
4400 Falcon Landing Blvd.

Katy ISD invites band students in seventh through ninth grade to participate in their summer band camp. The camp will include daily section rehearsals, full band rehearsals, and fun music based electives. Lunch is also part of the camp. The cost of the camp is $130 and will include a t-shirt if registered by June 5th. All registrations after that date will need to include a late registration fee of $25 totaling $155. All registrations must be postmarked by Friday, June 23rd. The camp concludes with the Grand Finale Concert on Friday morning at 9am. After the concert, those students wishing to extend the fun a little longer can join in the group’s optional trip to Typhoon Texas for an additional $35 (park admission, meal, bus transportation, and drinks are included in price) for a total camp cost of $165. Cost goes up t0 $190 after June 5, 2017. For more information, visit katyisd.org.

Kids’ Night Out

Parent’s can drop kiddos off for a night of backyard-themed fun and games from 6 – 10 p.m. They will show A Bug’s Life too! Space is limited, so sign up online by July 7, 2017.

Maverick Theatre Company Summer Camp for Kids

Tuesday, August 1 – Saturday, August 5, 2017 8:45 a.m. – 4:15 p.m.

All kids will learn first-hand about costumes, dance, improvisation and acting by the Morton Theatre Elite Company Members.  There will also be an interactive and educational theatre camp for third through sixth graders. Cost is $175 per child for the entire week. Visit mrhsmavericktheatre.org.
