Willow Fork Fire Department Open House

In conjunction with National Fire Safety Week, the Willowfork Fire Department will hold Open Houses at both of its fire stations. The public is invited to tour the stations, view the firefighting equipment and apparatus, and meet their local firefighters. There will also be activities for the younger visitors, including a Junior Firefighter Obstacle Course and fun fire safety giveaways. Visit willowforkfire.com.

To celebrate, the company will hold an anniversary fair for all pet lovers in the Katy area from 9:00 a.m – 1:00 p.m. Please join Camp Bow Wow Katy in celebrating their first successful year in business. They will have pet friendly vendors including food and treats, craft vendors, vets, and more! There will be games, prizes, and food! Please feel free to bring your dogs to this event!

Mini Martinette Dance Clinic

The dance clinic is open to students in grades Pre-K to 8. The Martinettes will teach a basic dance that includes jazz, novelty and props.  Cost to attend is $35 and includes a t-shirt, snacks and the opportunity to participate in the Martinette’s halftime show plus a child ticket to attend the show.  Registration deadline is Friday, Septemberber 16.
