Academy Sports + Outdoors Corporate is hiring a Marketing Analytics Analyst with 3 to 5 years of B2C marketing measurement and analytics (preferably retail). Some of the duties include: Deliver data driven strategic insights, trends, and perspective to marketing team on current media optimization and future investment opportunities; Leads and participates in gathering complex and often unique business requirements by defining the business problem and data requirements; Works closely with a cross-functional team to construct test and learn programs, from identifying opportunities, clarifying requirement, developing analysis plan and sharing out results; Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights; Craft innovative data and analytics presentations that allow insights to be easily understood and extracted from large amounts of data and analytical output.
