American Omni Trading Company is hiring a Customer Service/Sales Coordinator for their Katy office. You will educate customers on products/services to identify/create sales opportunities, communicate with customers and assigned sales agents via the phone and/or email to provide customer service support, internally and externally, complete order entry process for new orders, as needed, research of any issues with initial orders for customer, ie. discounts, specials, new location, send customer order confirmations to customers and sales agents, handle customer issues and concerns, escalate to supervisor when needed, and more.
