Academy is hiring a Customer Care Team Member to answer incoming calls and draw upon your highly developed verbal communication skills, you will partner with our customers to provide a quick and seamless solution. Requires High School diploma or equivalent and 6+ months experience in a customer service related role. Experience in an Omni Channel Contact Center environment preferred. Previous Work at Home experience preferred.
