The Arc of Katy’s first general membership meeting for 2012 will be held Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2012, in the meeting room of the Cinco Ranch Branch Library, 2620 Commercial Center Blvd., at 7 p.m.

Sheri Talbot, director of authority and admissions at Texana Center, the Local Mental Retardation Authority for six counties including Fort Bend and Waller, will be the guest speaker.
