Responsibilities include implementing, supervising, and participating in activities in our community.  Conduct individual and group activities for residents; assist with community events; plan and coordinate activities; maintain the monthly calendar of activities and events; prepare the monthly newsletter; supervise volunteers in setting up/taking down activities supplies and props; and engage with the residents. Candidate should be positive, energetic, creative, and have a passion for working with active senior adults and adults with Alzheimer’s/Dementia; be comfortable working with groups of people, and have at least one year job related experience preferably in a senior living environment.  NCCAP or MEPAP Certification preferred. Submit resumes to jcrow@thesolana.com.
